We are looking for you who want to work as a substitute in our preschools within Arvika municipality.

In Arvika municipality, there are about 20 preschools, both in central areas and in the countryside. The preschools outside the center are located in Edane, Glava, Gunnarskog, Jössefors, Klässbol, Mangskog, and Sulvik.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks involve actively participating in the educational work according to the curriculum. You work to ensure that each child and group of children have their needs met, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. Together with other staff, you strive to develop a trusting relationship between the preschool staff and the children's families.

Qualifications

You who apply are at least 18 years old and have the desire to develop and contribute to safety and learning in the children's daily lives. We prefer that you have a pedagogical education and previous experience of working in preschool. Alternatively, if you have an ongoing pedagogical education and want to combine your studies with working as a substitute.

As a person, you are present and work to create good relationships and a positive climate among children and colleagues. We are looking for someone who has a good ability to see all children and take into account their individual conditions. You are happy to share your knowledge and experiences as well as take part in others'. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Conditions

Working hours are varied between 06:15-18:30, Monday to Friday.

Selection and interviews will take place on an ongoing basis.

If you are offered a position, you will be given an intermittent agreement with the Recruitment and Competence Center in Arvika municipality. The agreement means that you will be booked by the hour as needed, based on your available time and the staffing needs of the organization.

There may also be opportunities for longer temporary positions at certain preschools.
