Nolato MediTech develops and manufactures polymer products and systems in close collaboration with leading customers in the medical technology and pharmaceutical sectors. We have production units in Hörby and Lomma and are world leaders in silicone injection molding, with extensive experience in plastic injection molding for medical technology, particularly in 2K and 3K processes. Nolato MediTech is looking for a driven Junior Process Engineer who will have the opportunity to grow within our technology organization in Hörby. In production, plastic and silicone products are injection molded, many of which are further processed. As a Junior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for project deliveries or take overall responsibility for smaller projects/activities within the injection molding processes. This may involve requirements specification for equipment purchases, development of existing processes, problem-solving, and simulation. As a contract manufacturer, Nolato typically does not own the product itself, but the assignments focus on industrializing through machine purchases and implementation to enable production. You will work closely with production and the quality department, as well as suppliers in many cases.

Main Responsibilities:

· Production support

· Problem-solving

· Contact with suppliers/customers

· Subproject management

· Machine requirements specification for new orders

· Minor design tasks

Qualifications and Experience

This role is suitable for someone at the beginning of their career with a relevant university degree in fields such as mechanical engineering or chemical engineering. Experience working in project form is preferred, and you should be accustomed to taking responsibility for your tasks. You can manage multiple requirements from different stakeholders and understand expectations and goals. Good language skills in Swedish and English are required, and travel to customers or suppliers may occur. You should be able to work in a structured manner and be good at solving complex problems thoughtfully.
