About the Position 

As a service employee with us, you will have a varied and developing role where you work with customer support, technical service, and configuration of our products. You will be an important part of our service team and play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive quick and professional support. Your tasks will include:

• Handling customer cases, complaints, and technical support
• Configuration and basic programming of our products
• Preparation and support for commissioning and projects
• Collaboration with the sales team to ensure smooth deliveries and customer solutions

About You

We are looking for someone with a good technical understanding with a background in electrical engineering, automation, and sales. To thrive in this role, you enjoy balancing independent work with collaboration both within your own team and with others in the company. 

We value good communication, interest, and a proactive attitude. In addition, we see that you have the following qualities: 

- Technical background  

- Experience in technical support

- Good knowledge of Swedish and English. German is a plus 

- Driver's license
