About the Position

Do you have extensive experience in the manufacturing industry and a strong interest in guiding and inspiring others? We are looking for a part-time substitute for our industrial technology education (ITU) in Hudiksvall – an opportunity for you to share your knowledge while varying your workday.

In this role, you will use your experience to support and educate participants in industrial technology professions, while also having the opportunity to perform other simpler tasks during periods when the need for the workshop teacher role is lower. Job Responsibilities

In the role of mentor and supervisor, your main responsibilities will be:

• To teach and guide participants in workshop technology and industrial technology professions.
• Create a safe and inspiring learning environment where participants develop both professionally and personally.
• Perform varying tasks during periods when the need within the education is less, which may include administrative or other practical assignments.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has extensive experience in workshop work, preferably in machining.
• Is pedagogical and enjoys sharing knowledge.
• Has experience introducing new employees or has worked as a supervisor.
• Has a natural ability to engage and motivate others.
• Is flexible enough to also perform simpler tasks as needed.

Previous teaching experience is an advantage but not a requirement – the most important thing is your professional experience and your willingness to inspire and support others.
