At Lingbo Kulturfönster, we are looking for more employees for our factory in Lingbo.

Here, we create windows and doors with modern features that look just like windows and doors did in the past. We are dedicated to providing our customers with unique wooden windows and doors of the highest standard.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

You preferably have practical experience in window or door manufacturing or equivalent. Personal qualities such as a positive outlook, attention to detail, and drive are valued, as well as having a long-term perspective on your employment with us. You prefer solutions over problems, you are structured, and can plan your work. You have a sense of quality, a positive spirit, are meticulous, and take great pride in your work.

Qualifications:

• Experience in window or door manufacturing or equivalent.
• Skills in custom special products with very high precision and finish.
• Team player with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a group.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in execution.
