About the Job

This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at our client in Söderfors.

Working at Our Client in Söderfors

As a roller or straightener, you will be part of a global company at the forefront of metal processing, mechanical engineering, and technical solutions for the mining and construction industries. The tasks vary depending on the department and may include rolling, straightening materials, machine maintenance, or general work as a process operator. Forklift and overhead crane operation may also occur, making the job both varied and dynamic.

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment for full-time position

Working Hours: Working hours vary, and we prefer that you can work anything from day shifts to two shifts.

Are You the Right Person for the Job?

This job is perfect for you who have some experience in rolling/straightening steel and are proactive, committed, and enjoy taking responsibility. To succeed in the role, you need to be cooperative, flexible, and curious to learn new things. A strong safety mindset is crucial in daily work. We prefer that you have some experience with rollers or straighteners.

We Are Looking for You Who

• Has a high school diploma, preferably in industry or similar
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing
• Has a driver's license and access to a car
• Has forklift/overhead crane certification

It Is Considered Meritorious If You Have

• Completed a technical education
• Previous experience in the industry as a roller or straightener
