About the position: As an excavator operator with us, you will work in the construction and civil engineering sector and have direct customer contact. The role requires you to be self-driven and enjoy taking responsibility for both customer relations and machinery and equipment. You will work in a tight-knit team where collaboration and communication are key.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating the excavator and performing construction work
• Responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of the machine
• Maintaining customer contact and managing customer relationships
• Working both independently and in a team

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good experience in the construction industry and excavator work
• Is familiar with GPS systems
• Has extensive machinery experience in construction
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)
• Is reliable and stable with the ability to work extra when needed
• Is conscientious, attentive, and social with the ability to handle customers professionally

Meritorious:

• Certification for excavator (training can be offered if needed)
• High self-motivation and ability to take initiative

Other:

• Geographical location: Norrköping, Nyköping, and Södertälje with an office in Nyköping
• Working hours: Varying, starting from 06:30–16:00. On Fridays, we finish at 13:00
• Employment type: Permanent employment, ongoing with a 6-month probationary period
• Salary: Market-based
• Collective agreement: ME – Maskinentreprenörerna
