Your Responsibilities

Therefore, we are now looking for you who feel it's time for something new and exciting, as we seek more new talents for our candidate network.

We are currently looking for scaffolders who will assemble and disassemble scaffolding used in new constructions, renovations, and other work at heights. The job is physically demanding and requires both technical skills and safety awareness. You ensure that the scaffolding is stable and safe for those who will work on it and often collaborate with other professional groups in the construction industry.

Your Profile

To work as a scaffolder, a basic education via the Construction Industry's Professional Board (BYN) or an equivalent education is required. If the work involves scaffolding higher than nine meters, you must also have a special certification according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations. Training in safe lifting and fall protection to work safely and effectively is an advantage.

You have good physical health, as the job involves heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions, and since the work often takes place at heights, it is also important to have height experience and feel secure in such environments. Attention to detail and a safety mindset are crucial, as the scaffolding must be built stably and correctly to minimize risks. Additionally, teamwork skills are important, as you often work in teams on construction sites and need to communicate and coordinate work with colleagues.
