Do you have experience in construction management and a good understanding of laws and regulatory requirements? Entrecon Consulting receives ongoing inquiries from our clients for skilled and experienced construction managers.

We accept applications continuously and match them with inquiries from our clients and customers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site.

The Assignment

Renovation and expansion in industry:

Typical tasks in this role:

• Lead construction meetings including minutes and follow-up.
• Participate in other meetings (financial meetings, KA meetings, KMA meetings, etc.).
• Monitor the requirements set in contracts between client and contractor.
• Control of timelines, payment plans, and changes.
• Ensure that quality work, environmental work, and occupational safety work are performed according to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory requirements, laws, and regulations.
• Contact with authorities, utility owners, etc.
• Coordination between project stakeholders.
• Inspections.

Qualifications

As a construction manager with us, you are responsible for coordinating and following up the contractors' work on site. You will also have significant responsibility for occupational safety. Therefore, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

• You should have good experience from the construction industry and master the different phases of the project.
• You should have qualifications as a safety coordinator BAS P and BAS U.
• You should have been active as a construction manager/site manager for at least 5 years, preferably more.
• Experience from industrial projects is desirable.
• You have a civil engineering degree or equivalent construction technical education, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through extensive work experience.
