Construction Manager for Water and Sewage Projects

In the project and investment department, we work with planning and execution of major investments and projects within the water and sewage sector, in both Eskilstuna and Strängnäs. We are in an expansive phase with a great need to renew and upgrade existing facilities. Stricter and new emission requirements for treatment plants, expansion of water and sewage in transformation areas, and high renewal goals are some examples that require increased capacity. That’s why we need you.

Your Responsibilities

Together with our project managers, you will ensure the quality assurance of the water and sewage facilities being built. You will have an active presence on-site to create conditions for efficient and safe construction with a focus on time, cost, and content. For this role, we are looking for someone based in Strängnäs. You will primarily focus on the execution phase of the projects, but as a team, we support each other all the way from planning to handover to operations.

You will contribute with:

• Your construction technical knowledge when reviewing documents, identifying potential risks, and managing deviations.
• Inspections during the construction phase.
• Support to project managers where you will be responsible for construction meetings and follow-ups.

Education and Previous Experience

We want to meet you who is driven and used to leading yourself forward. You work smart, are meticulous, and easily see and understand the whole picture and how you contribute to it.

You have:

• Knowledge of standard contracts AB04/ABT06 and basic construction law.
• Experience in a construction management role within water and sewage.
• Experience from a supervisory role such as site manager or production manager within earthworks and construction or similar.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
