🚧 Project Manager EPC – Earthworks & Construction

Do you want to lead the energy infrastructure of the future – directly from the construction site?

We are looking for a Project Manager within EPC who is passionate about earthworks and construction projects, and who wants to help shape the next generation of solar power plants on-site in Södermanland.

About the role

As a project manager, you will play a key role in our large solar energy projects, responsible for driving earthworks and construction from start to finished site. You will lead the projects close to production, together with contractors, consultants, and internal specialists – always with safety, quality, and delivery in focus.

Your responsibilities include:

Lead earthworks and construction on-site – roads, foundations, drainage, fencing, etc.
Coordinate daily work with earthwork contractors, machinery resources, and technical consultants
Be responsible for schedules, budgets, construction meetings, and quality follow-up
Manage workplace safety issues, risk assessments, and BAS P/U
Participate in procurement of subcontractors and material suppliers
Collaborate closely with other project functions (electrical, technical, procurement, environmental)

We are looking for someone who...

...wants to be out where the construction happens, and who has experience managing larger earthworks and construction projects as a project manager, site manager, or construction manager.

We believe you have:

Relevant education in construction, civil engineering, or urban development
At least 5 years of experience in earthworks and construction contracts, preferably in infrastructure or industry
Experience leading subcontractors, conducting construction meetings, and following up on production in the field
Experience with EPC projects, AB/ABT, and projects in early stages
Competence in workplace safety and construction site organization (BAS P/U)
Driver's license and ability to be on-site in Södermanland

Meritorious:

Experience from large-scale energy projects (e.g. solar, wind, battery, power plants)
Knowledge of AMA Construction, ABK09, or public procurement (LOU)
Previous work as client support or Owner’s Engineer
