About the Role

We are now looking for a driven and technically skilled construction project manager who wants to contribute to the development of the real estate landscape. You will have a broad responsibility that includes everything from drawing preparation and project planning to quality review and site management.

Responsibilities

• Drawing Documentation: Create drawings for existing buildings and adaptations as well as detailed drawings for construction.
• Project Planning: Work independently and with consultants to develop technical solutions within HVAC, electrical, and structural engineering.
• Resource Planning: Plan internal construction resources and ensure that projects are delivered on time.
• Project Management and Quality Review: Lead and coordinate construction activities, review execution, and ensure that projects are carried out according to plan.
• Orders: Prepare tender documents and manage orders for materials and services.
• Authority Management: Handle building and land permits as well as other relevant authority contacts.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is technically driven and practically oriented, with the ability to take responsibility from planning to project completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master's degree is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
• Fluent in Swedish and good English
• Driver's license B

Desirable:

• Experience in construction project management, house manufacturing, or consulting (up to 5 years of experience)
• Competence in programming
• Understanding of authority processes
