Traffic Safety Worker with Supervisory Role

Do you want to influence from the start and work with us for safe workplaces? We are now looking for a Traffic Safety Worker with a supervisory role for our newly established depot in Nyköping.

About the Position

As a Traffic Safety Worker with a supervisory role, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up materials as ordered by our customers. You will transport materials and set up signs, barriers, fences, and other safety devices to create safe workplaces. You will assist our customers with their traffic solution needs, focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will lead and prioritize tasks and resources. When you are not out on the road, you will be at our depot taking care of our materials and customers. You will be responsible for loading and unloading materials and sorting and moving materials at the depot.

The position is full-time based in Nyköping. Regular working hours are during the day, but night and weekend work may occur.

About You

We are looking for someone who is flexible, enjoys taking responsibility, and independently seeks solutions based on customer needs. If you have a good sense of order and enjoy service, you will succeed in this role. Furthermore, we want you to, like us, care about traffic safety and a safe working environment.

As our depot is newly opened, it is important that you can oversee multiple tasks simultaneously and are good at organizing and prioritizing your work, as well as being prepared to pitch in where needed. A B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing are required. Previous experience in leadership is an advantage, as is BE authorization or a C driver's license.
