SETRECO is looking for Scaffold Builders with experience

SETRECO is growing, and we need more employees.

SETRECO is a newly established company. We deliver safe and functional scaffolding, which is the company's area of expertise. We build scaffolding primarily in Gävleborg, Stockholm, and Södermanland counties. Safety, efficiency, and precision are the company's guiding principles when delivering finished scaffolding for a safe working environment.

We are now looking for scaffold builders with experience; you will build scaffolding for various construction projects throughout Södermanland county.

It is an advantage if you have experience and documentation regarding verified approved training for scaffolding construction. If you are a beginner, we offer training.

A B driver's license is required.

We will place great importance on your personal qualities. You who apply for the position should keep in mind that it is physically demanding work, outdoors, year-round. You need to have a good basic fitness level and preferably an active leisure time. You enjoy physical work and like to work with your body.

As a person, you are meticulous and responsible; you are responsible for the safety of others when you build scaffolding. You should be able to focus on your tasks and work methodically even under high pressure. Being part of a team and being a good colleague comes naturally to you. You place great importance on being punctual and see it as a given to follow our routines. You have good social skills and find it easy to communicate with site management, colleagues, and external clients. You should communicate fluently in Swedish for safety and contact with clients.

Salary is based on market conditions and your personal competencies.
