About the workplace
Furuboda Assistans is a private assistance provider in southern Sweden with roots in the non-profit Furuboda Association. The company was established in 2005 and is a growing business. Currently, Furuboda Assistans consists of about 600 employees. We strive to be a role model in sustainable business practices. About the assignment
I am an active and positive 25-year-old girl living in Kristianstad with my animals (dog, cat, and rabbits). Besides my great interest in animals, I also enjoy spending time with friends, baking, and cooking. I am studying to become a social worker at Lund University.
I need help and support with personal hygiene, meal situations, and transfers. As my assistant, you will also assist with training, household chores, and animal care. I regularly swim with my assistants. You will also be with me during school days, where you will act as a note-taking support. In the home, there is a ceiling lift and aids, but occasionally manual lifting and heavy work may occur.
I am looking for someone who is cheerful and positive, responsible, proactive, and flexible. It is important to me that you see opportunities - not obstacles! No experience is required, but it is an advantage. I prefer female applicants! As an applicant, you also need to be smoke-free, able to swim, and have a B driver's license for a manual car.
The working degree is about 50% with a varied schedule, day/evening/night, with 24-hour shifts occurring.
