ABOUT THE ROLE As part of our support team, you play a crucial role in handling inquiries, providing support to both customers and drivers, and ensuring that deliveries are managed smoothly. Your contribution will be central to our ability to offer outstanding service to our customers and partners.

You will work with both customer and driver support, with a focus that shifts depending on needs. Via phone, email, and chat, you will handle questions regarding delivery days and timeframes, for example.

To thrive and succeed at Airmee, you should meet the following requirements:

• Completed high school education or equivalent.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience in customer service, IT interest, and knowledge of the Intercom system are advantageous.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION Client: Airmee Start: By agreement, considering notice period Extent: Full-time, permanent employment with an initial probationary period Location: Centrally located in Stockholm, Västmannagatan 4 Working hours: Monday to Friday within the hours of 08:00-23:00 (holidays may occur). After completing the training, you will also be certified in customer service.
