This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Rusta.

Responsibilities
In the role of Commercial Planner at Rusta, you will be part of an engaged team whose purpose is to create and maintain market-adapted campaign plans for Rusta's various business areas. The team works towards Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Germany, which requires that the campaigns be adapted to local conditions.
In this role, you and your team will be responsible for overseeing the overall commercial planning, including local pricing and campaign adjustments, as well as analyzing and following up on outcomes. You will analyze campaign work weekly and follow up with local functions to ensure that their data is fully updated according to the delivery plan.
Furthermore, you will continuously compile reports and analysis materials. You will identify problems and opportunities by comparing data from different sources and drawing conclusions. You will also be responsible for preparing materials for campaign meetings with marketing and purchasing, such as PowerPoints or reports.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Previous experience in retail, purchasing, campaigns, product, or other related fields. Understanding of commercial operations, campaigns, and processes • Good system skills and proficiency in the Office suite • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You have a good ability to take initiative, dare to make your own decisions, and appreciate a role with a sometimes high pace. In this role, you will work with various contacts and stakeholders, so it is important that you are a communicative team player who enjoys social situations.
