We are currently looking for someone interested in being a summer substitute for a nice man in his 40s living in Östersund (ref. 9-25 which you should mention in your application so we know which assignment you are applying for).

As a personal assistant, you will help with things the man cannot do himself; both at home, out in the community, and at his workplace within daily activities. The man enjoys swimming, listening to music, going for walks, and joining the personal assistant for fun activities. With your help, life becomes full of possibilities! :) We plan for the summer working hours to be 16 shifts (from 7 AM to the next morning at 7:30 AM with sleeping duty), which is 70% from June to the end of August, but will be arranged according to agreement with you.

You will of course receive more information during an interview!

Please note that you MUST be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written!

Experience in care and disabilities such as CP injuries and aids is a merit but absolutely not a requirement, as one learns such things quite quickly! The most important thing is that you enjoy working together!

About us:

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE AGENCY has been around since 1996 and is therefore Jämtland's oldest assistance company! Our office is located at Folkets Hus/OSD, Krondikesvägen 93 D (the back side towards the racetrack) in Östersund. We have permission from IVO (The National Board of Health and Welfare) to conduct assistance activities and home care, and of course, we have a collective agreement (Fremia/Kommunal) for all our staff!
