We are looking for engaged and positive summer substitutes for a 25-year-old guy with a cheerful disposition and a passionate interest in music. As an assistant, you will be an important part of his daily life.

I am 25 years old and have a wide range of interests, including music, swimming, baking, singing, TV, theater, and concerts.

I also have several medical conditions, including autism, developmental disabilities, and rare epileptic seizures.

My communication skills are limited, which means it is important that the applicant speaks fluent Swedish.

We welcome applicants with experience in challenging behavior and autism, as well as those who are committed, responsive, and have a positive attitude.

The work shifts are scheduled for days with sleeping on-call, so it is important that you, as an applicant, do not see any issues with working long shifts.

Holiday pay, OB compensation, and other salary supplements are provided according to the agreement. We also offer wellness benefits of 2,000 SEK for full-time employment per year, coffee breaks at work, and other benefits.
