We are looking for confident and responsible female personal assistants who want to work as substitutes for a happy teenage girl!

The client loves to swim, listen to music, play, and have fun. As an assistant, you will help the client with everything from hygiene, tube feeding, medication, exercise, communication, and transfers. Previous experience in these areas is a plus. An introduction will be provided to help you learn the routines and what you need to know in your work with the client.

The working hours are scheduled for day/night shifts, weekdays, and weekends.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist the client with daily care and routines
• Accompany her to school and leisure activities
• Help her communicate with the outside world

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a girl/woman and has a good command of the Swedish language
• Sees this as a long-term job
• Is open to learning to use signs to support communication with the client
• Is smoke-free and does not have pet allergies
• Is outgoing and has an easy time taking initiative

Our offices are located in Hudiksvall, Karlstad, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Östersund, and Umeå. The goal of our operations is for our clients to be able to live as independently as possible. We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants.

Vacation pay, OB compensation, and other salary supplements are provided according to agreements. We also offer wellness benefits of 2,000 SEK for full-time positions per year, coffee breaks at work, and other benefits.
