For the supported housing service Ringen, we are now looking for an engaged and responsible support worker for a temporary position at 70% until the end of August.

As a support worker, you will provide daily support to individuals with mental health issues and/or substance abuse problems, focusing on enhancing independence, participation, and quality of life.

The position is a temporary role at 70% until the end of August 2025, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment after the temporary period.

Start date by agreement.

Job Responsibilities

Provide individually tailored support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, mental health issues, and/or substance abuse problems in their daily lives.
Support clients in their independence and participation in society.
Motivate to activities and create structure in daily life.
Carry out planned interventions according to the individual's needs and agreements.
Engage in documentation and reporting work according to applicable guidelines.
Be an important part of the team and collaborate with colleagues and other professionals in the field.

Qualifications

Certified nursing assistant with additional training in psychiatry or other relevant education.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities, mental health issues, and/or in supported housing.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Valid driver's license (B).

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is attentive, patient, and has a genuine interest in working with people in various life situations. You should be able to work independently while also being a good team player.
