Perhaps you will be the educator in school or preschool that someone remembers warmly for a lifetime. The one who helped crack the reading code. In short, the one who made the world a little warmer and more understandable.

At the newly built preschool Skogsgläntan in Stugun, about 65 children aged one to five years attend. We have five departments: Ekorren and Haren for the youngest children, Lodjuret and Björnen for the older ones, and Älgen for the oldest. We are twelve employees working in teams, but we focus on the whole facility and collaborate on both educational and practical issues to create the best possible operation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who feels engaged and joyful in creating a developing environment for children aged 15 years.

With the vision that Ragunda's preschools are the preschools of opportunities that uplift children, staff, and guardians, we actively work for an equitable preschool. In Ragunda municipality, we strive for quality throughout the educational chain, where preschool is the important first link. We are part of a small organization, which means close contact with colleagues throughout the municipality and quick decision-making paths.

As a preschool assistant, you are part of a team that collectively plans the educational activities based on the preschool curriculum, school law, and municipal goals. You conduct activities and document them. You help children feel joy in making progress and overcoming difficulties, you participate in play and challenge them where they are. In the educational learning, care and routines for the children such as meals, clothing, and nap time are an important part. You create good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues for a safe, developing, and educational preschool. In our preschools, all children are everyone's children, and collaboration across departments is a given. Our preschools should be characterized by joy at work and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a preschool assistant education.

To work within preschool activities, you are required to provide an extract from the Criminal Records Register § 22. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Previous experience working in preschool is an advantage.
