SUMMER JOB AS PERSONAL ASSISTANT

We are now looking for dedicated female personal assistants for our client in central Östersund for the summer.

The client is an active woman who enjoys going for walks and browsing in shops, but also spending time at home in peace and quiet in front of the TV.

She is a big dog lover, so if you have a friendly and social dog that can handle being alone for a few hours, it is welcome to join you at work when the client wishes this and when it fits into her planned day.

As a personal assistant, your main tasks will consist of assisting in daily activities and personal care, as well as supporting and guiding during various activities both inside and outside the home. You will be an extension of the client's arms and legs and an important part of her daily life.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a personal assistant. Knowledge of lifting techniques and an understanding of psychiatric diagnoses are seen as strong pluses. In this role, it is crucial that you are attentive to the client's needs and feelings, and that you can act with patience and understanding. You should be able to handle working hours both during weekdays and weekends.

Personality is crucial for this role; you should be calm, secure, and stable. The client's integrity is of utmost importance, and it is essential that you, as an assistant, are respectful and attentive to her wishes and needs.

Working hours:

The shifts are 24-hour shifts with on-call duty during the night.

We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Vacation, OB compensation, and other salary supplements are included according to the agreement. We also offer a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK for full-time positions per year, coffee breaks at work, and other benefits.
