ABOUT THE POSITION

At Assistanslotsen, we are looking for two dedicated hourly substitutes to work as personal assistants for our client in Frösön. The work is scheduled for shifts from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM, including a break between 05:00 PM and 06:00 PM. There are also shifts from 06:00 PM to 07:00 AM.

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to be able to start the introduction as soon as possible.

ABOUT ME

I am a positive wheelchair-bound woman in my 50s with an acquired mobility impairment. Your workplace is located in my home and wherever I am. I need help with most things in my daily life, such as personal care, transfers, and common household tasks. My general condition varies from day to day, which means that you who are applying should be patient and adaptable.

I enjoy being outdoors in nature regardless of the weather, and I have several dogs at home and as a special interest. Therefore, you should have good experience with dogs using gentle methods. Please describe your experience with dogs in your personal letter.

It is important that you are aware of confidentiality and respect it.

ARE YOU THE ONE I AM LOOKING FOR? 

I, as a client, am looking for someone who is reliable, attentive, meticulous, and has a good work ethic. You should have a sense of humor and be flexible. I want you to be well aware of what the job of a personal assistant entails and that you take pride in your work. You may be outgoing, but it is also important that you have a sense of professionalism and can stay in the background when needed, as personal assistance is not about caregiving for me but about enabling me to live my life.

Since your workplace will be in my home, it is important to be respectful of my wishes as well as my privacy. Your gender and age are of less importance as it is the chemistry between us that is decisive.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license B
• Access to a car
• No allergies to pets
• Experience with dogs
• You speak and understand Swedish at a good level

Employment rate: 2 hourly substitutes as needed.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
