We are now looking for a results-oriented Inside Sales Representative in Media who wants to join us on our expansive journey. Your responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Representative in Media, you will have a central and varied role where you can challenge yourself and develop continuously. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Creating and implementing tailored sales strategies that attract new business and strengthen our market position.
  • Proactive new customer outreach where you identify and contact potential customers to sell our digital advertising solutions.
  • Building long-term customer relationships and working to retain and develop existing ones.
  • Booking and conducting customer meetings to understand their needs and present ADinQ's solutions in an inspiring way.
  • Following up on sales targets and reporting results – and above all, being driven to exceed these targets.
  • Staying updated on digital marketing to always deliver innovative and effective solutions.

Who are you?

To thrive in the role and be successful with us, we believe you have the following qualities:

  • You have experience in sales (not a requirement), preferably in media or digital marketing.
  • You are self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by achieving results – both individually and as part of a team.
  • You have a strong ability to communicate and present, both verbally and in writing.
  • You have a positive attitude and a strong desire to develop, both professionally and personally.
  • You speak and write fluent Swedish.

Preferred experiences:

  • Documented success in selling digital advertising solutions.
  • Able to build and nurture long-term customer relationships and create trust.

Location and working hours: The position is full-time and based at our office in Borås, where you will work with customers across Sweden. The focus will be on new customer outreach.
