On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative in the field of electricity!

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and SMS.
• Provide support and guidance on credit issues.
• Contact customers to follow up on collection cases.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education in customer service or administration.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Experience in handling incoming and outgoing calls.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Driver's license (B).
