Job Description

Kvdbil is now looking for a meticulous and solution-oriented claims handler for our office in Gothenburg who wants to contribute to enhancing customer experience and strengthening our after-sales service. With us, you will be an important part of the team working for a more transparent and fair car market, and you will play a central role in ensuring that our customers feel secure, heard, and satisfied.

As a claims handler, you are responsible for managing claims cases from start to finish. You receive cases via phone and email, make technical and legal assessments, and communicate solutions in a clear and empathetic manner. You are the hub in the dialogue between the customer, the workshop, and our internal functions - always aiming to find the best solution for all parties.

You work in a structured and efficient manner, following up on cases according to applicable guidelines, laws, and conditions, and you actively contribute to the development of our processes and routines. There is an opportunity to influence both how we work and how we can become even better at what we do.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in vehicles and technology who is driven to make a difference for the customer. Perhaps you have previously worked in a workshop, claims management, insurance, or car sales. Regardless of your background, we value your analytical skills and your willingness to solve problems with both heart and mind.

You are communicative and pedagogical in your approach, even when it is challenging. You are confident in making decisions but humble enough to ask for support when needed. You thrive in an environment where things change quickly and where there is room to develop, grow, and take responsibility.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Good technical understanding, preferably with a background in vehicles
• Experience in customer contact
• To be structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
