We are looking for a Legal/Executive Assistant for a company in Linköping. Start ASAP, 18 months contract to begin with.

Job description:

Handling of all legal duties related to the MD-role; Prepare Steering Committee meetings, handle legal processes and documentation, contracts etc. Data Privacy Officer for the Swedish entity. Organize and prepare Swedish Management Team meetings, including Management review preparations. Organize communication from MD incl. all hands meetings. Contribute to projects related to the company.

Support VP Tech Strategy/MD Sweden as an Executive assistant; organize travel, manage calendar. Support in various tasks related to the Tech Strategy team; manage Management Team meetings and prepare for e.g. all hands meetings, manage Tech Strategy Intranet Site.

Various support to the local tech site in Linköping.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or similar equivalent experience of similar roles, minimum 5 years
• Basics in Swedish law

Knowledge, skills and abilities (e.g. Technical, Practical, Computer, Language/Communication, Personal requirements)

• Understand the legal requirements with regards to handling the legal entity
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Structured and well organized
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• High integrity

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Linköping. Start is ASAP, 18 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% on-site in Linköping.
