Company
Assalub is based in Åtvidaberg and specializes in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of lubrication equipment and central lubrication systems. They have almost all manufacturing in Åtvidaberg and also have their headquarters there. In addition, they operate in Sundsvall, Eslöv, and Stockholm. Assalub is very niche and their competitors are mostly abroad. They work with large companies in the pulp and paper industry, steel industry, and mining industry.
Examples of tasks:
- Receiving and registering customer orders.
- Quoting standard products, catalog mailings, archiving orders and confirmations.
- Customer service
- Basic inside sales. Assist customers with information to facilitate their choice of new products.
- Act as a switchboard together with others on the sales side.
- General admin tasks: for example, be responsible for the administration of training courses about 3 times a year, which includes booking hotels, goodie bags, etc.
We believe that you:
• Have an admin/economics education or equivalent from a YH/university education and have previous experience as an inside salesperson, administrator, or similar
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
Meritorious:
• Previous experience with administrative work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest and value for structure and order
• Have worked with similar tasks.
