We are looking for a new star for our reception team who puts the guest first and wants to offer our guests fantastic mountain experiences. As a receptionist at Hotell Funäsdalen, you are a helping hand for guests in Funäsdalen and the surrounding area. You assist guests with check-in and check-out, make bookings and table reservations, as well as provide tips on tours and share information about the area. You are also responsible for keeping the lobby tidy and selling kiosk items and gondola tickets.

We are looking for someone who:

Sees the interaction with guests as your main task and thrives in a flexible and solution-oriented workgroup. The reception team and the cleaning team work closely together and have daily dialogue about planning and priorities. If necessary, we help each other with cleaning. We expect you to have good computer skills and be able to communicate well in writing and speaking in both Swedish and English. Experience in reception work or other guest contact is an advantage.

The position is 75%.
