CONFERENCE

In the heart of Östersund, there is one of Sweden's coziest backyards with a restaurant, café, coffee roastery, bar, and conference and co-working space. You will work in all areas except for co-working and the coffee roastery. Do you want to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fun workplace?

ABOUT THE POSITION:

At Norra Station, the staff learns all tasks. Everyone in the restaurant works at the cash register, bar as a head waiter, and prepares and takes care of our conferences. You will have a team with you where everyone works towards the same goal as you. To make guests happy, deliver quality in all areas, and have fun at work. This means that one day you are a breakfast hostess and conference host, the next day you are at the cash register and in the bar, and the third as a head waiter. One thing is for sure, you will meet many people. So the most important thing is that you enjoy taking care of and helping our guests and have a natural talent for it.

Who are we looking for: We are looking for someone who is passionate about service, has a talent for creating a good guest experience, and it is a merit if you have previous experience in conference and bartending. A strong interest in food & drink is a big plus.

We offer a job with varying working hours in the morning, day, evening, weekdays, and weekends.

Experience is required, but you do not need to know everything. We will help you learn, and we will jointly determine which skills you already have and what we need to develop.
