About the Company

Our history dates back more than 135 years. The stories of Amanda Christensen and Wigéns began in 1885 and 1906 respectively. The long, genuine, and traditional history of both brands makes them two icons in Swedish men's fashion, where style and elegance have followed them through the centuries. Design and development take place at the headquarters in Ulricehamn. The majority of production occurs in our own factory in Pärnu, Estonia, but also in Italy, Spain, Portugal, China, and India. We control all purchases of fabrics and strategic materials to ensure good control and quality throughout the production chain.

We have a turnover of 100 million SEK. The company is in a continued exciting growth phase driven by our strong brands and high product quality. The group has over 60 employees, of which 20 are in Sweden. We have subsidiaries in Denmark and agents, distributors, and retailers in over 35 countries. Besides Scandinavia, the USA is our largest market. Exports account for 50%.

Job Description

Do you have a strong business drive, genuine commitment, and experience in leading others? Then this could be the next step for you. We are looking for a leader for sales in the Nordic market at the expanding House of Amanda Christensen.

In this role, you will have a central position in driving and developing sales in accordance with the company's overall strategy. You will work both operationally and strategically to identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and ensure profitable sales.

You will be a key person in the sales and marketing team and play an important role in strengthening House of Amanda Christensen's position in the market. The position is based at the company's headquarters in Ulricehamn and involves a significant number of travel days.

  • Strategic planning for customer engagement in the Nordic market for all product lines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Lead and develop the daily work of the sales department.
  • Set sales targets and follow up, per market, distribution channel, district, and salesperson.
  • Be responsible for sales work to Key accounts.
  • Participate in the pricing process for all product lines.
  • Handle contract and agreement issues related to sales.
  • Plan and execute participation in international fairs.
  • Follow up and ensure that salespeople, agents, and support staff perform their tasks in a qualitative manner.
  • Be part of our strategic sales team.
  • Work in the company's sales tools.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with solid experience in sales and building strong customer relationships, preferably within the fashion or retail industry. You are results-oriented, have good negotiation skills, and are driven by creating business success.

You have previously worked with strategic sales planning and business development and have the ability to analyze market and data to identify new growth opportunities. Your communication skills are strong, both in Swedish and English, and you thrive in the role of ambassador where you represent brands with professionalism and commitment.

You are flexible, self-driven, and enjoy traveling for work when needed.
