You will carry out the assignment together with the competencies of other colleagues in the team, and you will work in all parts of the service.

The overall goal of the assignment is to identify the participant's resources and support needs and to strengthen and develop the participant with the goal of employment or education, in a cohesive process throughout all parts of the assignment.

The assignment includes mapping the individual's needs to find the participant's resources, gathered conditions, and support needs related to different work situations in a constructed environment. You will map and capture resources, support needs, and professional areas that best correspond to the participant's interests, competencies, and skills in relation to a job. You are responsible for the choice of activities, responsible for assessing the participant's performance of activities, and for the adaptations that the participant needs. You contribute to strengthening and developing the participant's conditions to enter a workplace through, among other things, motivating efforts, guidance, and work trials in a workplace to ultimately find a workplace where the participant can obtain employment in the regular labor market.

The tasks include planning and mapping the participant's needs for activities and adaptations within the service and guiding, instructing, and observing participants based on questions. You motivate and support the participant with a focus on solutions in the work situation and adjust environmental factors to support the participant's capacity. You make assessments according to various instruments and document activities and performance of activities as well as results in ongoing daily notes throughout the service. You conduct competency mapping, have individual conversations as well as group activities, follow up on the participant's progression and work trials. You work with motivational conversations, guiding, and health-promoting activities. You assist in preparing application documents and other strengthening activities regarding the labor market and have contacts with employers to find suitable work trial placements. Administration and documentation are ongoing, and it is important to meet set deadlines. Travel in the service is included in the work.
