About the Job

You will be part of an administrative team located at Ydreskolan in Österbymo. You will provide important support to principals and your colleagues, where you are expected to be one of the team players in a great group. One area of responsibility in the position is the assignment of substitutes in preschool, after-school care, and primary school. You will also be involved in managing and developing the administrative work in the operations and have greater responsibility regarding student systems, personnel administration, documentation, statistics and grade management, archiving, as well as some fees related to invoicing. The position is flexible, with tasks varying according to the needs of the operations and may change over time.

Qualifications

To quickly get into the work, you need to have previous experience in school administration, or alternatively, good knowledge of the school and childcare sector. Education focused on economics and administration is an advantage. It is also beneficial if you have knowledge of Ydre municipality's school activities.

We expect you to be a structured person who enjoys being the spider in the web and thrives in dynamic environments. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, both in Swedish and English, and are service-oriented. You have a sense of structure and order, while being motivated to organize and create clarity when it is lacking. You have an interest in digitalization and enjoy streamlining work together with others.

You need to be able to work independently but also easily collaborate with others. You adapt well to changing circumstances and see changes as opportunities. The computer and the digital environment are your primary work tools, so a very good computer proficiency is required.

The position is a part-time temporary role (60-70%) starting in the summer of 2025. There will be an opportunity to shadow before the summer to then continue in the role independently.
