Your Role

As a specialist in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), you will be part of our central HR team with a strong organizational focus. You will contribute to Saab's global work environment efforts and strengthen our culture where work environment and health are prioritized.

In your role as an OHS specialist, you will assist Saab's various operations and support compliance with laws and regulations, while driving health development among our employees. You will actively participate in the design of processes and tools, and improve and simplify them over time. You will work on continuous improvements and simplifications in the area and are expected to support the organization in questions primarily related to the psychosocial work environment. Here, you will be an important cog in the preventive work regarding rehabilitation and adjustments.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Proactively work within the work environment and health and develop and improve training in the area
• Drive and further develop the work with rehabilitation and work adjustments and be responsible for Saab's digital system for sick leave and rehabilitation
• Follow up on the operations' work environment efforts and drive issues related to the work environment in various forums
• Contribute to sustainability efforts through the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the collection and analysis of these for Saab's Sustainability Reporting

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you need to be a responsive and communicative person who has the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the organization. You have a well-developed ability to collaborate and are used to working both consultatively and in a governing capacity. As you are part of a smaller team, it is important that you can work across the entire OHS area and that you have flexibility in your daily work depending on the needs of the operations.

Being able to create good and lasting relationships internally in the company is a prerequisite for the work, where the whole and the organization's best always take precedence over individual perspectives. At the same time, you are driven and self-sufficient, used to taking initiative and independently driving various tasks to completion. You have professional, attentive, and clear communication and can express yourself well both in writing and verbally, adapted to a global corporate environment.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A relevant education in HR, behavioral science, or similar
• Knowledge of work environment standards, processes, and structured work environment efforts (ISO 45001 and ISO 45003)
• Experience working with psychosocial work environment, health, and preventive measures.
• Experience and knowledge of working with rehabilitation and work adjustments
• Good insight into HR processes and preferably experience as a specialist in health-promoting work
• Experience in sustainability work within OHS is an advantage

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, require certain citizenship.
