We are looking for a humble and self-driven person who can handle qualified accounting and take responsibility for ongoing administrative tasks related to finance and payroll.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are in the process of building an efficient and flexible finance and payroll function – which means you will have a key role with great variety in your tasks. The role suits you if you want to combine qualified accounting work with financial administration and have some experience or interest in learning payroll management.

Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting

  • Ongoing bookkeeping
  • Monthly closing and account reconciliations
  • Year-end closing in collaboration with auditors
  • VAT and employer declarations
  • Financial monitoring and reporting
  • Management of accounts payable and receivable (Fortnox)

Payroll & Administration

  • Payroll data and salary payments
  • Certificates (e.g. employer certificates)
  • Contact with the Social Insurance Agency
  • Support in internal processes and routines related to finance/payroll
  • Assist with basic HR administration as needed

You will work closely with both the operations and management – and be an important cog in maintaining structure and pace in the financial flow.

YOUR PROFILE

You are confident in your accounting skills but enjoy working broadly – and see no problem in combining “high and low”. You are self-driven, structured, and thrive in a smaller team where everyone helps each other and has fun along the way.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in finance (e.g. YH or similar)
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Experience with Fortnox or similar financial systems

Meritorious:

  • Experience in payroll administration (preferably in Hogia)
  • Used to working in smaller companies or entrepreneurial environments

ABOUT THE SELECTION PROCESS

Selection is ongoing with the goal of immediate hiring, so be quick with your application! In the first stage, we will have a phone interview followed by a personal interview for candidates who proceed. All our final candidates will then complete a testcase in the last stage of the hiring process followed by reference checks.
