Do you have extensive HR experience and are looking for your next challenge as a consultant? Right now, at Andara Group, we have several clients seeking engaged HR specialists for both short and long-term interim assignments – full-time or part-time.

We are looking for subcontractors with experience in HR, leadership, and labor law who want to contribute their expertise in assignments such as:

covering during ongoing recruitment processes

replacing managers or specialists for a limited time

driving projects such as reorganizations, change management, or salary mapping

As a subcontractor through Andara Group, you will have great freedom to manage your working hours, choose assignments based on your expertise, and develop in new areas. Our assignments have clear frameworks and time periods, and we help you find the assignment that suits you and your company.

You work through your own company and maintain control over both your time and your career. We are with you as a partner along the way and ensure that the match between you and the client is as accurate as possible. You can also choose to be employed as a consultant with us.
