About the Position
We at SJR are looking for a consultant for our client, a large international player in the FMCG sector, to support their digitalization journey. The assignment starts on May 2nd and ends on September 30th, with a strong possibility of extension. The client offers hybrid work and is located centrally in Stockholm.
Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the P&C team and drive integration efforts by leading and coordinating several key components. The focus of this role lies in three main areas: digitalization of HR processes, implementation of a new structure for roles and competencies, and the introduction of new guidelines for external employees. You will also be responsible for internal communication and play a key role in adapting and implementing global initiatives locally in Sweden and Denmark.
- Lead change management and communication regarding P&C digitalization for the client's Nordic markets and participate in global meetings, understand challenges, adjust materials, and create solutions to ensure users are properly trained and adapt to the new P&C system starting in the fall.
- Coordinate and structure the new roles and competencies in the Nordics. Mapping the client's various categories and supporting managers, converting existing roles to standard formats. Bringing together P&C business partners and corporate leaders to ensure system delivery.
- Lead the implementation and understand the regulations of external employment of employees in the business. This includes collaboration with global functions and local managers.
In this role, you will also publish P&C publications across multiple channels in collaboration with the Nordic Communication Team. You will also support the organization of the corporate culture event in Stockholm.
Suitable Background

To thrive with the client, you should have the ability to collaborate with people from different cultures. You are flexible and responsible while working proactively and taking ownership of your tasks. You are driven and get things done while being analytical.
