Sabina Ai works as a subcontractor via the Employment Agency with the service Rusta och Matcha (ROM). “ROM” is a support for those who have been job seekers for a longer time, and our coaches support and help job seekers move on to work or studies. ABOUT THE POSITION:

- Coach/Job Coach part-time initially 50% with placement at our office in Slagsta.
Based on the number of participants, the position is initially 50% with a good opportunity for extension as the number of participants increases.

- Probationary employment for six months, with the possibility of extension. Start as soon as agreed.

Monthly salary according to agreement.

You will be based at the office in Norsborg. As a coach/job coach, you will be responsible for and help build the business.
A large part of the work involves contacting participants as well as educational providers and employers to build networks and bridges.

Networking and creating contact with both local employers and organizations as well as participants in the service and potentially new participants is a cornerstone of the work. As a coach, you will map participants' skills, create professional profiles, assist with CVs and cover letters, coach for interviews, support with conversations, digital development, and administration, schedule participants' activities, and send reports, etc.

You will also be responsible for planning and holding weekly activities such as group activities with participants.

Experience with Workbuster and the Employment Agency's “My pages for independent actors” is an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• You speak and write fluently in Swedish

• Completed studies at the post-secondary level

• Driver's license and access to your own car

• Good computer skills, able to use computer-based word processing and presentation programs, email, and the internet fluently

NOTE!

The Employment Agency approves competence for coaches according to option 1 or option 2:

Option 1

University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).

AND

At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.

Option 2

At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade. Post-secondary education includes university education as well as various types of vocational training, such as qualified vocational training, higher vocational education, military training, and police education.

AND

At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

- Management with personnel responsibility.

- Recruitment.

- Transition work for job seekers.

- Study and career guidance.

- Handling in personnel matters (not just personnel administration).

- Work with labor market and employment issues.

- Work with social and group psychology.

- Career guidance.

Part-time work can also be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over three (3) years.
