Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities are:

  • optimizing machining processes, tools, etc.
  • analyzing technical problems and opportunities, developing action plans, and implementing them
  • working on process improvements and rationalization efforts that align with overall goals
  • actively participating in production meetings and daily management to develop production towards set goals
  • operationally working in production

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has/is:

  • relevant post-secondary technical education, e.g., in machining technology, CNC, mechanical engineering, production technology, or automation
  • experience in production technology work within cutting machining (turning and milling)
  • good knowledge and experience in CAM preparation. GibbsCAM is a merit.
  • experience in automation/robotics is a merit
  • good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
  • high IT maturity with good knowledge of the Office suite and business systems
  • driver's license B

About the Company

Malmköpings Mekaniska Werkstad AB started its operations in 2010 when the current owner took over Elmo, which has existed in Flen since 1946. Since then, we have had an annual growth of about 10MSEK and will this year generate around 150MSEK together with our subsidiaries. Our vision is to become a leading contract manufacturer in cutting machining in Sweden.
