SSI Schäfer is looking for a Technician/Industrial Electrician to join their service team at Coop's automated warehouse and logistics facility in Eskilstuna. If you have a passion for technology and experience in automation, you are the right person for us!

About the role

You will be responsible for assembling, adjusting, repairing, and maintaining equipment for automatic control at the facility. The work will involve installation, service, and preventive maintenance. Once the fault is located, defective parts are replaced or repaired, adjustments are made, including in the programs, and the equipment is checked to ensure it is functioning again. The tasks will primarily involve electronics and mechatronics as well as some computer technology.

• Maintenance

• Troubleshooting
• Providing support to shift teams

Who are you?

We believe you are a driven and interested candidate who enjoys being involved in improving processes on-site.

We would like you to have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• A basic high school education or vocational training in Electrical Engineering or Automation

It is a plus if you have:

• Training or experience in automated logistics
• Training or experience for hot work and working at heights (Mast certificate)

• A background in electrical/technical fields, automation, and mechanics
• AL - Low voltage authorization (formerly ABL - General authorization low voltage)
• Good experience in industrial troubleshooting of machines and production equipment
• Good experience in systematic troubleshooting
• Good experience in reading electrical diagrams
• Experience in machine electrical and mechanical repair work
• Technical interest
• Computer skills in the Office package
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
