Sandsjöfors School is a F-6 school with 110 students, located in the countryside near Nässjö, Eksjö, Sävsjö, and Vetlanda. Here, you will work in a picturesque environment with a large schoolyard that invites play and learning. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to create a fun and meaningful leisure time for our students! As a leisure teacher, you will ensure that our activities complement the school in a smart and creative way. You will offer a varied and exciting leisure time that truly reflects the students' needs and interests.

Your role involves combining care and pedagogy to support students' development on all levels: physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally. You help them grow and prepare them for the future in a democratic and multicultural society. Your assignment also includes being active and driving in our safety team at the school, which is an important resource for our safety work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a teaching degree - leisure teacher.
• Develops trusting relationships with students, guardians, colleagues, and other school staff.
• Quickly finds solutions to emerging challenges.
• Works according to a clear process, organizes and plans their work well, completes what is started, and meets deadlines.
• Adapts and finds win-win solutions through an unpretentious focus on the common goal.
• Previous professional experience in the field is an advantage.
