Welcome to become one of us at Alléskolan, a three-parallel F-6 school in Habo municipality where we place great value on collaboration to create conditions for all our students to succeed, reach as far as possible, and become "My very best self".

We are now looking for you, a special educator, who wants to be part of an engaged and complete student health team consisting of school management, two special educators, two special teachers, school nurse, counselor, school doctor, and school psychologist.

Alléskolan was built in 2011, so you will work in a school with beautiful, bright, and airy premises as well as a large schoolyard.

Habo municipality is 15 minutes from Jönköping, with good commuting opportunities. Habo is one of the country's leading growth regions. In Habo, there is everything from a lively center, proximity to forests, nature, and wonderful swimming in Sweden's second-largest lake.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be an important part of the school's student health work and collaborate with the school's various professionals. Together with colleagues, you will work to develop promoting and preventive student health work in close cooperation with the school's management.

Your role includes promoting, preventive, and partially remedial work. The latter in the form of conducting investigations regarding the need for special support and working closely with educators on documentation, such as action plans and intervention programs.

The role includes resource-strengthening work at the group and organizational level, including student-centered work as well as collegial supervision for individuals and teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

We want you to be an educated and preferably experienced special educator with a strong commitment to creating accessible and developing learning environments for all students.

You have a teaching license and experience in teaching. You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents and have good knowledge of students' academic and social development.

We are looking for a competent and committed colleague with the students' best interests in focus. It is important that you have the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have a solution-focused approach, are positive, and spread joy at work.

You are a good colleague, resourceful, have good organizational skills, and are proactive in the pedagogical work.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
