About Trafiko and the Position

At Trafiko, we are changing the driving license industry for both students who are about to get their license and for instructors who educate. We have quickly grown to become one of the largest players in driving education and have driving school operations in 22 cities across Sweden. Through our website and app, students study theory all over Sweden. A total of over 30,000 students are trained annually with Trafiko.

Currently, we offer driving lessons in 10 cities and are now expanding our offerings with driving lessons for our students in Jönköping, which is why we are looking for you to join us on this journey.

About You

We are looking for someone who is positive, pedagogical, and passionate about helping students reach their goals by adapting education to their needs. You are quality-conscious and have a patient demeanor. You take great personal responsibility and have the ability to carry out your tasks independently with foresight and structure.

Requirements

• Approved driving instructor
• Trained educational leader
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written as it is required in daily work

Meritorious

• Familiar with using digital tools
• Other language skills besides Swedish
