We are now looking for a structured and driven finance assistant for a consulting assignment of 1 year. Do you have a few years of work experience, good knowledge of SAP, and are available immediately? Then this could be the right opportunity for you!

About the role The position primarily involves work with accounts receivable, but tasks within accounts payable and ongoing bookkeeping may also occur. You will be responsible for accounts receivable, including invoicing, credit checks, and handling customer payments. The role also involves working with accounts payable, such as registering and coding invoices as well as booking payments. You will handle reminders and collections, maintain the invoicing system, and assist in the implementation of new financial systems.

If necessary, you will also assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and other administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A few years of experience in similar tasks
• Good knowledge of SAP (required)
• Experience with Office 365
• The ability to speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
