Technician with experience in electrical installations and assembly

We are looking for a new employee for Test and Evaluation Air. In close collaboration with an experienced team, you will have the opportunity to contribute throughout the process – from manufacturing cabling and installations to supporting aircraft maintenance and developing manufacturing methods. Your work makes a difference at every step, from idea and design to final installation in aircraft, helicopters, or other vehicles.

About the position

As an electrical technician, you will be involved in the manufacturing of installations and assemblies for flying equipment or other test-worthy ground equipment. You will work on manufacturing cabling and installations for test equipment and perform installations in aircraft, helicopters, or other vehicles. You will provide support to aircraft maintenance as needed and also work on developing manufacturing methods. Together with designers and test leaders, you will work on the development of installations, and in addition, support the production operations.

About you

We are looking for someone who has completed a high school education in electrical engineering, or equivalent competence acquired in another way that we assess as equivalent. You have a few years of experience in manufacturing or installation work. To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have documented knowledge in electrical theory and drawing interpretation. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and can easily understand technical publications in both languages. A basic requirement is that you hold a B driver's license.

It is advantageous if you have worked with electrical installations in the aviation field. It is also beneficial if you have experience in electrical installations, troubleshooting electrical installations, or manufacturing electrical cabling.

We work with verification and validation of aviation-related products, primarily on military platforms such as Gripen, transport aircraft, and helicopters.
