Professionals Nord is seeking automation engineers and electrical designers on behalf of Etteplan for their growing team in Östergötland. The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Professionals Nord and you will be employed directly by Etteplan.

In the role of automation engineer and electrical designer at Etteplan, you will work on developing technical solutions and systems from the idea stage to implementation and operation. Depending on your skills and experience, your role may involve electrical design, PLC programming, or working with control systems, primarily from Siemens and ABB. You will be involved in the entire project process – from analysis and concept development to commissioning and maintenance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop prototype machines and customized systems within in-house projects. The work is carried out in close collaboration with both clients and colleagues, either on-site at the client or in Etteplan's own facilities.

• Several years of work experience in electrical design and/or automation
• A degree as a civil or engineering graduate, or equivalent vocational training
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A valid driver's license (B)

Experience with COMOS, PCS7, and T3000 is an advantage, as is previous work at Siemens. It is also beneficial if you have experience in machine design and development as well as practical work with electrical assembly and control systems, but this is not a requirement.
