Your Responsibilities As a PSQM, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to supplier quality in our projects. You will work closely with the project's quality managers and the engineering and purchasing teams to develop quality plans and perform risk assessments. The role involves some international travel, but most of the work is done from the office.

- Be the main contact for supplier quality in projects and build strong collaborations with both suppliers and internal teams.

- Establish and implement quality plans for supplier follow-up and risk mitigation.

- Assess suppliers' capacity to meet project requirements and customer expectations.

- Coordinate and schedule inspection dates with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

- Review and validate supplier documentation such as test plans, certificates, and declarations.

- Hold pre-meetings before inspections to ensure all parties are aligned on quality requirements.

Your Profile - You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

- Have experience in the design, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery, boilers, or process industry.

- Knowledge of regulations such as CE marking, SS-EN 1090, ISO 3834, EU LVD, or similar is a significant plus.

- You have a structured and collaborative working style and enjoy driving projects forward.

- Previous experience in product quality in project environments is an advantage.
