For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Project Supplier Quality Manager for an assignment at their site in Finspång. The company, thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, is an established partner in the energy sector that delivers advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where development opportunities are abundant. This is initially a consulting assignment for 12 months via Unik Resurs with a very good possibility of extension. We apply ongoing selection, which means that the assignment may be filled before the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Project Supplier Quality Manager (PSQM), you will be the hub between our suppliers and project teams. You are responsible for planning, following up, and ensuring supplier quality within our projects, and you will work closely with both purchasing and engineering as well as quality management. The role also involves some international collaboration and travel. Your main responsibilities include:

Being the contact person for quality issues with suppliers in projects.
Designing and implementing quality plans for suppliers and identifying risks.
Assessing suppliers' ability to meet project requirements and customer expectations.
Coordinating inspection dates and critical control points between suppliers, customers, and Siemens Energy.
Reviewing and approving documentation such as inspection plans, certificates, and declarations.
Leading pre-inspection meetings and ensuring consensus on quality requirements.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
Experience in product quality and project-based work.
Good understanding of manufacturing or construction in areas such as rotating machines, boilers, or process industry.

It is a plus if you have experience in:

CE marking, SS-EN 1090, ISO 3834, or LVD directives.
The Swedish language in spoken and written form.
Working with international suppliers.
Quality work within the energy or industrial sector.
