With us, you will be part of a dedicated team working with material supply for planned & unplanned maintenance. You will play an important role in a project team where you have a reporting, planning, and coordinating role for deliveries to our customers worldwide. You will collaborate with many parts of our organization in Finspång, as well as with our regional colleagues and external customers.

How You Will Make an Impact

• As a Logistics Project Manager, you will be responsible for all material supply regarding material deliveries, delivery of tools and instruments for planned and unplanned maintenance, repairs, and delivery monitoring.
• You will be responsible for delivery reporting to the project manager and maintain an ongoing dialogue with local companies and customers to ensure high delivery reliability for your given area of responsibility.
• Your role includes being responsible for delivery kickoff and coordination with purchasing, workshop, warehouse, packing, and shipping.
• Your goal will be to ensure that deliveries occur on time (OTD - On-time delivery) and to actively work on identifying causes and taking corrective actions when something does not go as planned.
• You are expected to take an active role in our work with continuous improvements and in collaboration with our interfaces.

What You Bring

• You have likely worked for a few years in supply chain and logistics, or have an equivalent education.
• You are interested in customer relationships and enjoy having a coordinating role across many interfaces.
• Being a team player who finds it easy to work within and across departmental boundaries, together with various professions, is a given in this job.
• Notable for you is your planning ability, that you work in a structured and analytical manner, and that you have an improvement mindset.
• You thrive in a service-oriented environment where the customer is in focus and conditions can change rapidly.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

About the Team

With us, you will be part of a team that currently consists of 8 dedicated employees where we take on new challenges together and help each other move forward. We work with our entire fleet of gas turbines and within service lines – LTP, Overhaul, Ad Hoc spares, and Major events. Our department has many internal interfaces and works closely with project management, sales, purchasing, and various logistical functions. We also have global contacts with regional offices and customers. The operation is part of the overall Operations function at MGT service, a function with nearly 70 employees. Within the Gas Services division, we offer energy solutions with zero or low emissions based on our gas turbines gathered under one roof and together with steam turbines and generators. Through service, modernization, and digitalization of the delivered fleet, we create opportunities for a reduced climate footprint.
